        They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Well, last week at Headway we were flattered to the point of blushing!

        I discovered a new company based in Ghana called……..Headway Recruitment. They have a logo that looks suspiciously similar to ours from the 1980s and have even managed to develop their ‘own’ 5 stage recruitment model.

        Should we be worried? I for one will not be losing any sleep.

        A business is more than a logo and a website.

        A business needs to have passion and purpose.

        Customer service and loyalty are not things that happen overnight. Trust and reputation are built through years of hard work in business and cannot be faked. 

        Here at Headway Recruitment, we are on a mission to create dynamic teams for purpose-driven organisations.

        We also continue to work towards the UN sustainable goals of decent work and economic growth and action on climate change. 

        So a shiny new website is nice but a business cannot be replicated that easily.
