Responsibilities:
Collect reports from the front office daily.
Mark received items on daily sheets for efficient tracking.
Ensure completeness of required documents.
Input, print, and post invoices promptly.
Process credit notes when necessary.
Print invoices received via email on a daily basis.
Input, print, and post invoices accurately.
Daily Tasks:
Enter customer data from New Client sheets into the system.
Complete customer templates and email to Eurofins central accounts.
Run daily accounts system backup for data security.
Address and manage emails proactively.
Collaborate with team members, front office,
Liaise with MD as needed for seamless coordination.
Weekly and Monthly Responsibilities:
Run the weekly and monthly sales converter.
Send sales converter reports to central accounts.
