How Headway Shaped My Career

I was fresh out of university, unemployed and inexperienced when I walked into Headway Recruitment looking for an opportunity. Headway took a chance on me, trained and nurtured me into the consultant I am today. Headway’s website states we are honest, friendly, approachable and stand out from the crowd – This is exactly how I view our agency. Not only do we always ensure we are giving the very best service to our candidates and clients, but we also have an internal working environment that promotes development, ensures mental wellbeing and provides a supportive, “family-like” atmosphere all whilst giving back to charity and the environment. Working at Headway started as a temporary option for me, but I can confidently say that 9 years later I owe a lot of my personal, and most definitely professional, growth and development to Headway Recruitment!
