Start-up companies with less than 5 employees. Whilst INSIGHT works for all sizes of company, start-ups generally don’t get the same value from some of the features of INSIGHT, such as analysing your existing team’s personalities.

🗓 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE INSIGHT PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH?
Day 1- You decide which package is right for you
We go through the foundation questions and understand your business
Once the Set-up fee is paid we set up our AI tools to search for those hidden candidates.
Day 3 –Receive an update from your recruitment consultant on the number of candidates approached.
Day 4-7 – Log on to your portal to view candidates’ videos, personality profiles, CV’s and compare them to your ideal personality.
The typical time to fill a role using INSIGHT is 2 weeks. However, each role and requirement is unique. We always endeavour to fill your vacancy as quickly as possible. Our focus is always on finding the right candidate for your company and culture.
Obviously, candidates will have varying notice periods which will dictate when they can start making an impact on your business.

Just an understanding of a challenge or opportunity within your organisation that can be addressed by bringing in a new person.
