More recently Sally has been promoted to Recruitment & Development Manager where she manages our key client relationships.

        Sam has over 20 years of experience in recruitment.

        Natalie joined Headway in 2017 and is our payroll and accounts manager. Her role consists of weekly payroll for our temps, our sales and purchase ledger and generally keeping a tight grip on the Headway purse strings. Natalie’s background is diverse, having worked in children’s parties at McDonalds, to Management Information and accounting.

        Joanna is our bilingual team member! She aslo brings 11 years’ experience of managing temp, contract and interim positions. Joanna is an I disc profile which means she loves meeting new people and gets a buzz from building relationships. Joanna is now an integral part of the team and we feel like she’s been here for years (in a good way)!

        Joanna has a background in law and is always on top of the current legislation changes in recruitment.
